Title: Duplicate Web sites Last modified: January 2, 2023 --- # Duplicate Web sites * [Geoff Whiteley](https://wordpress.org/support/users/geoffwhere/) * (@geoffwhere) * [3 years, 3 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/duplicate-web-sites/) * I’ve tried before to ask this question but received no response because I’d unknowlingly posted to wordpress.com and was given my marching orders. So here I am, looking for assistance on a mysterious matter. **My WordPress account dashboard shows 2 sites (both at URL qiplus-hpo.com**). **The first one is named in WordPress as qiplus-hpo.com and the other is named Rapid Operational Excellence.**_ I have only ever created 1 site, but the existence of 2 sites puzzles me – is one of them a backup or test environment? No idea. The first of those 2 sites says it‘ cannot be accessed – fix this now’, and I’ve tried to do that without knowing how to do it. So that didn’t work. The second site says there are 2 updates available( Avada Slider Revolution and Avada Theme), but neither of those Plugins complete their updates and I don’t know why/how to fix it. I think I might be goinf a bit crazy because I can’t find the screen that showed the 2 sites – I suspect you may be right, because now, when I select the Bluehost ‘My Sites’ menu (which is where I think I may have seen the 2 sies earlier today), in the section where it asks for which site to manage, it’s now only showing 1 site, which is the ‘Rapid Operational Excellence’ version that was previously shown and available for editing, etc. There definitely was a screen earlier which showed 2 sites, including the one I mentioned previously as being unavailable for access. I’ll keep my eyes open next few days and shoot back the screenshot it it appears again.
