    I am using Business Directory 3.3 with the Regions plugin.

    Something has gone wrong, and I don’t know what to do to fix it. I have set up my regions. but the Country/State/City fields do not show in the Add New Listings page. Nor do they show on the front end directory.

    When I go to Manage Form fields, there are three “Continent (as region)” and two “Country (as region), two “State (as region)”, three “City (as region)” and two “Regions Level 5 (as region)”.

    I am confused, and can’t find anything in the documentation to help me get this sorted out.

    Please help!

    Hi Mary,

    Sorry you ran into issues here. There’s an easy fix though.

    Go under Directory ADmin->Manage Form Fields. Delete all the fields of type Region. Don’t worry, you won’t lose data doing this!

    Next, go under Directory Admin->Manage Options, Regions tab and toward the bottom, click “Restore Regions Form Fields”. This will create all the necessary fields based on your configuration.

    That should fix things. If not, report back and we’ll try something else. 🙂
