• I have the pro version of the plugin. I submitted a support ticket, got a reply, replied to the reply and then didn’t hear back from Cristian for 2 months. Hence I’m writing here.

“Fire the event on transaction only” is enabled in the settings: http://prntscr.com/13qdm3o Nevertheless, I see duplicate transactions in Google Analytics. About 4% of all transactions are duplicate transactions.

I excluded the order-received page form cache, but it didn’t help: https://prnt.sc/1whil3w

    Hello,

I’ll try to give you a general answer here:

    1. Our Purchase event will not fire twice for a transaction once the option you mentioned is ON. You can test this several times. Do a test transaction, check the events, you’ll see a purchase fired. Refresh the order received page several times, do it in different browsers if you want. You will see that the purchase event is not fired again.

    2. That 4% double counted transactions can still be related to some caches you’re not aware of. Maybe a browser cache. We can’t do anything about it.
