Duplicate Title Tags

    Hello admin, this plugin was doing excellent stuff for me, but recently I noticed duplicate title tags in webmaster tools (they’re actually paginated posts). I just searched on google with query as- “site:spycoupon.in” and found several pages indexed. Is this due to bug? How to fix it?

    Hi viky123,

    By default, All in One SEO Pack adds the following text after the Title tag on a paginated page –

    – Part #

    You can control this text by going to All in One SEO, General Settings, Title Settings, Paged Format – http://semperplugins.com/documentation/title-settings/

    Dear Sir,
    I never faced duplicate content issue in past. But got this issue from past 8 days. I think there was problem with “nonoindex” bug. So my question is-
    Is this bug causing duplicate content issue?
    If you have removed this bug, will my duplicate content get fixed?

    Yes that bug may have caused this and yes that bug was fixed in version 2.2.4.1

    because I have already enabled “Use noindex for paginated pages/posts:” option.. Hope these pages will get de indexed again!

    By the way, how much time will it take to de-index paginated posts?

    If the NOINDEX meta tags is showing on those pages then yes, Google should remove them next time it crawls the site.
