Duplicate Title Bar (new posts)

Firstly, I like to open multiple tabs at once for creating new posts (scheduled posts), and so…..

Is it possible to have a duplicate “Title” bar near the bottom of the page near the “Featured Image” box (that sits on the bottom right menu), so that when setting up multiple posts, I don’t have to “rescroll” back to the top to get the title, then scroll back to the bottom to set the featured image. (Unless the Featured Image box could be moved near the top to where the title box is viewable in the same area as the featured image is).
