Duplicate Theme Issue

I am having a strange issue where the same theme shows up 6 times in Appearance > Themes. Let’s call it “Theme X” to simplify. I have 16 themes in total. I’m using Theme X which works fine. However there are 5 other Theme X themes that are identical and each shows the “Activate” option. I checked the Themes folder and there is only 1 Theme X that has 1 child theme under it’s own folder. There are no other rogue folders that don’t match one of the other themes that I have installed.

Any ideas why it is doing this?
