    Hey

    1. I am having some problems when I change the status of an order. If I change the status the shipping option duplicates and also get a slight name change when using Via Standard Int’l Postage (it duplicates and changes to Via Standard Int\\\’l Postage. The amount of \’s depends on how many times the status has been updated).

    2. The reason I change the status is because when we get an order we order from our supplier to come to us. We change this from Processing to pending (so we know its been ordered). But for some reason randomly wp-lister just changes it back to Processing (normally in about 10 minutes). Is this checking on eBay to see its status and then changing it back to Processed because nothing has changed on ebay?

Thanks so much for this plugin its helped us so much.

    Any ideas?

Since this is about orders in WooCommerce, I take it that you’re using WP-Lister Pro as the free version can’t create orders. Support for WP-Lister Pro is generally handled on wplab.com – there is a forum as well, but any bug reports are best handled privately via email or the contact form and should ideally include login details to the site in question.

So send me a message via the contact form on wplab.com and include a link to this post – and as much details I need to investigate and reproduce this on your site.

Regarding your second question, WP-Lister Pro does update the order status when the status on eBay changes – according to the settings you defined. But you are not supposed to manually change the status of an order to “pending” in WooCommerce. Ever!

The “pending” status is somewhat special – for example when someone checks out in WooCommerce and is redirected to PayPal, then the order status will be “pending” for some time until the payment has been completed. If you manually want to set an order status that means “awaiting payment”, don’t ever use “pending” but use “on-hold” instead.

See this page for an explanation of all order status options: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/managing-orders/

But don’t worry, if you explain your problem / special use case in an email and I can see your current settings by logging in to your site, I’m sure we should be able to find a solution. 😉

    kind regards,

    Matt
