Duplicate post bug corrupted file

I hope someone can help me. I am using the “Duplicate Post” plugin – from Enrico Battocchi – to clone pages on my site. Everything has been working great until tonight when I duplicated a page and it was created without a slug. Now when I try to trash it I get the wordpress error page asking “are you sure you want to do this?” and Please try again. nothing happens and I can’t trash the page. I tried quick edit to add a slug and I get an “error while saving changes”. Now I can’t even create a new page on the site. When I select new page, WordPress presents me with the new page screen – but no slug and the publish button does not show up.

I’ve tried turning off all plugins, deleting my .htaccess file, switching to a different theme, deleting the duplicate plugin altogether and nothing has worked. Is my database hosed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this site functional again? Can I go into mysql to remove the bad page?
