Duplicate Photos Appearing

Really confused here. On my site, (davidwkeen.com) suddenly I have duplicate images appearing on new posts. I haven’t changed anything I can think of and I don’t particularly know where to look for the code.

It looks as though it’s pulling the first image from the post and placing it in the excerpt, even though I have that option unchecked. As a side note, I did recently deactivate the Thumbs for Excerpts plugin, as I wanted to use wordpress’ native thumbnails.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
