Duplicate pages in widget

I can’t understand why for this parent page:

there is a duplicate sub-page in the widget:

“Polizza salute”

“Le polizza sulla salute”

the anchor text is differente but the target url is the same :http://www.polizzeonline.net/polizza-salute
