Duplicate pages created

    Issue: When the pages are in the menu and I click Nested View, some are linked and some are hidden. (I did not hide any.) Please remove the default feature that Hides pages in Nested Pages. Hiding pages should be by choice only.

    Feature request 1: Add a way to insert a number to re-order pages. Dragging takes too long to load… large sites take forever.

    Feature request 2:
    When I go to Nested View, I can see duplicates of page names, but no page ID to tell me which came first. Please add page ID column so I can tell pages with the same name apart.
