Actually you can use different tools for configuring links for your SEO. I guess you use some seo tools for our links building, in this case it’s possible to exclude unnecessary links from your navigation links structure. You can protect some links from indexation by low level pre-configuration of your links which you wish to make available for search engine spiders. In our gallery we create post for every gallery item. But actually you can use post manager , which build-in into gallery to manage your posts which generate gallery plugin.
Please let me know if it’s not possible to avoid indexing of the gallery posts by other tools. We’ll thing about some solution to help you.
