Duplicate Orders

I have a client where some orders are being created in the dashboard twice. We aren’t able to reproduce the issue, but we can see in the sales log two distinct orders from the same person at the same basic time. I looked in the purchase log tables and they do have 2 different session ids.

Seems to start Last Saturday 5/10/2014 and is very intermittent. Some days it will happen 2 time, and some days non at all.. The only think I can think of is it seem around the time we updated to wordpress 3.9.1

We are using
wordpress 3.9.1
Wp eCommerce plugin 3.8.13.3
Gold cart 2.9.7.5
