    Occasionally, a WooCommerce order will generate duplicate OTCE order records, as seen in the OTCE Attendees report. This is causing the available tickets to be understated, as some orders are being counted against capacity twice. We had to artificially inflate the Event Area capacity to compensate for this issue. Please advise.

    We can’t think of a scenario where an order will generate multiple records.

    @schmidtjd apologies for delay… we tried the credentials for your URL but it was not working. Can you hit the ‘reset password’ for our username? Have a developer ready to help today. If not today, then anytime after holiday as well…
