# Duplicate Order Issue

 * Hello,
 * Recently I noticed orders have been duplicating or even tripling on the Order
   list in WooCommerce. A single order shows up 2 or 3 times, with the same customer
   information and total, but with different order ids. We are using Square and 
   WooCommerce which are both up to date. A few customers have been complaining 
   that they’ve been double charged as well. What could be causing this issue?

   understanding of what might be causing this. For this reason, this request might

 * Also, we have heard about this happening in the past for sites during high traffic
   sales periods (i.e. Black Fridays and holiday seasons). Could it be the case 
   that this happened during a high-traffic period with many orders being processed
   at the same time? If that was the case, please include it in your ticket.
