Duplicate onto another live WordPress site

    Hi
    I am trying to duplicate my live wordpress site to another live wordpress site. Once there I plan to change the copy and pictures but I really want to keep the theme and structure etc. hence wanted to copy.

    I have downloaded the package and the installer from the site I want to copy.

    Can anyone help with the steps I need to take in the admin panel of the wordpress site I want to copy to?

    Any help is very appreciated.
