The notification is for Saved as Draft specifically, so not sure if that has anything to do with it, or if a user saves a draft and then edits it 30 seconds later, will that trigger a second notification? Yep, 6.3.2 for the plugin and 5.3.2 for WordPress. We have the Classic Editor plugin installed and the editor is set to default to Classic, but it is possible that some authors are using Gutenberg.
