Hi

The wordpress wp_mail function automatically adds a MIME-Version header, so passing that header in your plugin is causing it to be duplicated, and mail services like Amazon SES will then refuse to deliver the message.

Would you please consider removing the code that sets the MIME-Version in the following 3 files:

functions.php
dcfunctions.php
classes/helpers/email.php

Sorry, forgot to mention that I downloaded a fresh copy of your plugin today, confirmed that the error was still occurring, and then after removing the 3 offending lines, I confirmed that email successfully transits through AWS SES after an ad is posted.
