Duplicate Menu Items SHowing

Hi, I am using the Advanced Menu Widget plugin (I’ve tried to reach out to them but no response). If anyone is familiar with this plugin it allows you to have specific menu items on each page and if you don’t have a child menu item to show it won’t show a menu. My issue is when I am on one of my pages (which does not have child pages) it will show the exact page I am on as the menu item which we do not want. An example of this is:

You can see Insurance on the right sidebar. If I was to add a child page under iNsurance it will remove this one and add the new item. I’m not sure if anyone has experienced this or knows a quick fix but that would be greatly appreciated.

Some of my pages even show multiple instances of the menu item which makes NO sense. Thanks for the feedback in advance.
