Duplicate Locations

Not a bug or anything but more of a feature request.

In using the EME Facebook Sync plug-in and for various other reasons over time there are duplicate locations in the database for the same place. That is, there could be locations in the database with the exact same address, but the name of the location could be spelled differently, include different characters, or whatever.

On the “Locations” page, there only seems to be the ability to Add or Delete a location. It would be nice to be able to “Merge” locations as one of the ‘Bulk actions’ options.
