Hi @mattarbuck,
We have updated implemenation to implementation for the next release. Thanks for your feedbck,
With Complianz and Monsterinsights installed, Monsterinsights will take a precedent, because we integrate with Monsterinsights. In this case it seems there’s one implementation, which triggers 4 pageviews. You can test your UA code with Tag Assistant from Google. A browser extension.
Maybe you could check your Monsterinsights settings to see what might cause this.
Let me know!
regards Aert
Sorry, can you explain this further? I am not exactly sure what you are getting at.
Hi @mattarbuck,
Wee had a quick look. It seems an old setting is still persistent. Could you try deactivating Monsterinsights? Go to Complianz > Wizard > Statistics and choose ‘NO’, so Complianz won’t add the UA code, or seek implementation with Monsterinsights.
Then activate Monsterinsights. Please let me know if this removes the notice.
regards Aert
Hi @mattarbuck,
We’ve discovered a bug in the Monsterinsights integration: the Complianz code insertion isn’t removed. As it’s not configured with a UA code, it doesn’t cause any issues, but it will be fixed in the next update.
If you don’t want to wait for the update (should be next week) can upgrade to our 4.0 version from git:
https://github.com/rlankhorst/complianz-gdpr
Which also includes our https://cookiedatabase.org integration, which automatically completes your cookie descriptions.
