Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with duplicate ID’s in your Facebook feed.
What did you use as a field mapping for your g:id field and are you sure that is a unique number for all of your individual products in your feed?
Hey thanks for the immediate reply!
In the screenshot there are the settings for the feed.
g:id is product id
and g:item_groupid is group item id
https://prnt.sc/1rhy03u
in the following screenshot a simple example of duplicate id is shown with number 6452

Its not a different product but exactly the same displayed twice
Thank you !
Hi,
Thanks for your reply and clarification, that is strange indeed. Most likely the issue at hand has been caused by your feed getting stuck processing. We would like to verify if your webserver indeed experienced issues. Would it be an option for you to share the content of today’s WooCommerce fatal error log?
This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal error logs:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
Hi,
my fatal error log doesnt have errors last week
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pti3colmetbuy6z/feedprofatal.jpg?dl=0
as for these logs
httpswoocommerce.comwp-jsonwccominbox-notifications1.0notifications.json-2021-09-07-1e7193ae9cad24e3b8b63ea4a6eb4944.log
its pasted here

Thanks for sharing the logs, unfortunately nothing is in there that explains why this is happening.
Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us too so we can see how you configured your feed and some other plugin configurations? Instructions on how to retrieve that can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
in my wp-config file i’ve set
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘3000M’);
define( ‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false );
and max execution time
https://prnt.sc/1rjuss9
as for the log file of your plugin here is the log file for download
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pi6gi4e7zd89a72/debug.log?dl=0
and here is the link included in the file (i’ll delete it later)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/yi7tjbare628aq2/loglink.txt?dl=0
but not accessible in server path.
Alright, nothing strange to find in those logs either.
Can you try lowering the batch size of the plugin from the default 750 to 400 to see if that solves the issue at hand? Instructions on how to do so can be found here: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
Did that too but with no success..
Im sending the link of feed
https://www.dropbox.com/s/c8v8uxzilig3u5l/feedlink.txt?dl=0
Its very weared..
So no way to solve the issue?
Yeah we are also a bit lost as to what can be causing this. The only advise we can give you is to play around with the batch size and try a few different sizes to see if that solves the issue at hand.
