duplicate Home links on my website i cant get rid of.

I’m sure this is a newb question but I am putting a new site together and have duplicate links to Home and Home: on the main nav bar and it seems like they are linked together. It looks bad and is not the right foot to start on. Thanks in advance for any direction with this.
