Duplicate Forms Different names

    I want to use the form on different pages but to keep track I want to be able to change the name of the contact form. In stead of
    [contact-form-7 id=”13″ title=”Contact form 1″]
    I would like to make it
    [contact-form-7 id=”13″ title=”Contact form Jennifer”]
    [contact-form-7 id=”13″ title=”Contact form Billie Jo”]
    etc.
