    Hi there,

    Wondering if anyone is able to help. I have been using WPFormsLite for some time now and it has always worked fantastic for me. My company uses the form as an online application form for job entries – however for the past few months, we have been receiving a duplicate entry of some of the applicantion forms (not all of them, only some). Now this isn’t the case of the submit button being clicked twice, as sometimes the form is an exact duplicate sent hours, days or even weeks after the intial email. Today, we received a duplicate application email (for a job that hasn’t been live for over a month) with the date stamp of todays date.

    I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if anyone knows how to fix this from happening?

    To troubleshoot the issue, you can check your notification settings against our tutorial on setting up form notifications.

    A possible reason for duplicate notification might be having more than one email address in the Send To Email Address field while having a CC field in the notification settings.

    If that is the case, please be sure to only include one email in the Send To Email Address field when the CC field is enabled.

    Hi Ethan, apologies for the delay in replying.

    Unfortunately is isn’t a case of more than one email, i have double checked and it is definately only the one email we have. It doesn’t happen all the time as well – only every so often but when it does happen, it is a duplicate email sending days sometimes weeks after the initial email, so it isn’t even as though it is sending a duplicate at the same time. It is as though something is triggering it to resend some time after the original one is being sent. And when the duplicate is being received, it has the newest date on it too.
