Duplicate field FAQPage – but only for one FAQ

Hello!
The Google Tag Manager brought the error of a duplicate of FAQPage to our attention, which you can see on this crawl of the website too:

I only found closed threads with no solution for me, so I hope someone can help me here.
I already tried updating helpie and deactivating other SEO plugins. I could narrow it down to Helpie FAQ in the end, since both FAQ Schemas disappeared on deactivating Helpie FAQ schemas, but also when removing the specific FAQ from our page.
The interesting thing is that we use Helpie for several FAQs on our page, but this is the only FAQ that has this issue. We also tried redoing the FAQ in question but it didn’t fix the issue.

Any help would be appreciated!
