 * Hi,
 * re: reduce bounce rate
 * The plugin was installed and I use google analytics plugin by MonsterInsights
   and the 3rd option for tracking code was selected.
 * Inside google analytics by Monster Insight, pdfs, etc was selected prior to installation
   to track as events. Also an event was also set up on a page with a software to
   track when people click the update button.
 * I am seeing duplicate events for the url and the event name for all pages that
   have pdf files and duplicates for the page that we also set up an event for prior
   to installing the plugin.
 * How can we fix this? Should we change the settings inside monster insights to
   track pdfs back to pageviews? Should we eliminate the event tracking we created
   for the page I referenced above?
 * Also maximum tracking was set to 30 minutes to match the property settings inside
   google analytics is that correct? Thank you.

 * Disregard the question re the pdf files I now see one event is for the pdf file
   and the 2nd is for the scroll rate. Same applies to the page I was referring
   to as well.
 * The only thing I need to verify is since I set up the tracking max time for the
   plugin at 30 minutes and the property settings inside google analytics for 30
   minutes as well, what happens to visitors who spend hours on the site, does its
   reset every 30 minutes to a new session for that visitor with the applicable
   event stats?

 * The session is for the whole website. People probably see more pages when they
   are on your website. The plugin is for one page only. And then the next page
   only. Not for a whole (Analytics defined) session. If you set the plugin to 30
   minutes, it means 30 minutes for one page. Google Analytics session of 30 minutes
   could be many pages within those 30 minutes.
