    The error is from the “wp_yoast_indexable” table. If you have a Yoast plugin that you can temporarily disable while performing the update, this may correct the issue.

    When I look at the SQL, it is attempting to insert a record into that table but I don’t see the duplicate Primary Key reference. It’s possible that there is something wrong with the Yoast tables that is preventing the record from being inserted. See if they have any sort of documentation on how to perform an integrity check on their custom tables.
