[Resolved] Duplicate emails and salesforce leads created

    Indeed it does.

    Does it only do it with the thank you redirect in place?

    Are there any other redirects happening (via other plugins) that may be causing multiple page loads or resubmissions?

    Just tested on my dev site and couldn’t duplicate the issue.

    To troubleshoot:

    Deactivate all plugins except SF — does the problem persist?

    If so it may be the theme: change to a default theme (e.g. Twenty Eleven) — does the problem persist?

    If turning off other plugins fixed it, there’s a conflict with a plugin. Turn them on one at a time until the problem returns — the last plugin activated is the culprit.

    Let me know what you find out!

    I found the culprit plugin! It was the Jetpack plugin (version 2.1.1). We only use the jetpack plugin for the stats it provides but it also has some other built in functions that I’m guessing are conflicting with the email notifications in the Salesforce plugin?

    Not sure. I’ve deactivated the plugin for now but let me know if you find any solution to having Jetpack and the Salesforce plugin work together. We had Jetpack before we upgraded to WP 3.5 so I’m wondering if it was the 3.5 update that changed something. It could’ve been a new Jetpack update as well. I know they’ve had a couple since Wp 3.5 came out.

    Glad to hear you found it.

    It may be a bit before I can get to it, but I’ll add it to my testing environment as it’s such a popular plugin.
