Duplicate Email Notifications of Moderating Comments

    Hello everyone

    Since a few months, I am getting double emails of comments which are held for moderation.

    This problem is only related with moderating comments. Email notifications of new comments, etc are normal but whenever a comment is pending and requires approval, I get duplicate email notification of that.

    Can anyone please help me in fixing the issue?
