Duplicate content in Print and PDF

I’m getting duplicate content when clicking print button.

The content shows as it should at the top and then it is followed by a second set of content.

If I use the javascript option, this problem does not occur – but another problem occurs. The banners that begin each session all appear at the top of the print page and the content appears without banners at the bottom of the print page.

I’m using the issueM plugin to generate the content.
