Just in case no-one hasn’t figured out how to duplicate content. Start dragging a block and normally, it will “move” to a new location with the blue line indicating where it will go, but if you hold down SHIFT, it will actually duplicate the block instead of moving it.

    Thanks for this, John!

It’s a feature that I’ve not done a great job of promoting but is quite powerful, as you point out. I’m weighing up whether to add a “duplicate” button as well which would work in conjunction with this feature (and probably be a lot more obvious to first timers).

    Cheers,
    Andrew.

No matter how hard I try I cannot get the duplicate feature to work. No amount of dragging and holding down shift will activate a duplicate. So, I’d like to vote for a duplicate button on the right hand side with the other items (Edit, Delete, Duplicate) please.

I think I’ve figure the drag / duplicate feature out now. It only works with content, not grid items and sections which is what I was trying to do. So user error on my part. A duplicate button would be cool though.

There’s a video hidden away, which also shows that you can add a Tab, List item or new grid item by dragging a new child item into the center of the “multiple” element – you’ll know it will add a new element if there appears a plus icon in the middle of the “block” while it lightens the block slightly.
