sorry autocorrect got me — I was trying to say — It was my understanding that the new urls were 301 redirects. Google Webmasters is showing them as duplicate content. How to fix?
    thanks.

http://www.familiesonlinemagazine.com/travel/are-we-there-yet/2026-dublin.html is redirected to http://www.familiesonlinemagazine.com/dublin/ using a 301 redirect. So there is no duplicate content.
Same thing for the other examples.
All is correct on your site.
You just have to wait that Google indexes the new pages and deindexes the old pages.
