Duplicate category list as post page in my plugin

Hi, i try to insert in my personal plugin page the same list category that i see in the editing of posts (first image).

I tried add_meta_box and other things but nothing work.
How i can obtain this simple thing?

I know that the function that produce that box is post_categories_meta_box() include in meta-boxes.php. If i include in my plugin meta-boxes.php i see the box with the categories list but “add category” or “Most used” don’t work.

Can you help me please?
