Hello, I’ve noticed something over the years using YOAST SEO with DIVI…when I go into the general Yoast settings, it always displays duplicate tag and category taxomonies. It also alerts me of a new taxomony being created (see screeenshot below). Is there a way to resolve this issue? Is this an install thing on my end? Any suggestions would be great. Thank you

    Hello @jdphoenix

Thanks for reaching out; the issue isn’t specific to your installation. Divi and other plugins create custom post types that seem to have the same name as the default WP categories and tags, which our plugin detects. We had a GitHub report about this previously, and it has been closed. To resolve the ambiguity, we’ve added a name and a link to the edit screen of the custom taxonomies so you can differentiate them.

Thanks for the reply. The link you provided is not working. So basically, there is nothing to be concerned about the duplicates? Appreciate your assistance on this.

I apologise; it’s a private repo. The duplicates are nothing to worry about.
