    Hello and good day.

    We are seeing duplicate attendees.

    Some were reporting they could not RSVP.

    However, I can see they are added but there are many duplicates.

    Can you help?

    Is it possible these are attendees RSVP’ing for 2?

    There is no way to tell from the plugin.

    Hi @rayeason ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    With Event Tickets, when a user registers (or RSVPs) for multiple attendees (i.e., 3 guests), it is the default behavior of the plugin to also add the same number of attendees (the same name and email address) in the back-end. So, yes, you are correct, the ones that you are seeing as duplicates are users who likely have registered more than one attendee.

    You should see a default confirmation message after you submit an RSVP. If you’d like to customize this message to better fit your needs, you can do so by performing a template override. This allows you to tailor the confirmation experience for your specific use case.
