Duplicate and manage multiple sites

I have a client who does a print newsletter for multiple agents. I want to propose giving each her agents their own small WordPress blog. Each site would be individualized but duplicates of each other except for the agent’s contact info.

Each month, I’d add an article which would appear on every site.

So, I’d like to know if one site can be duped in WordPress easily and if updating content on multiple sites at once is possible.
