Duplicate abandoned carts

This plugin has created 1000+ abandoned carts with the same date/time November 16, 2021 5:05 pm same order total $46.25 and same product Lypo-Spheric™ Vitamin C
SKU: 200A3-1.
Not sure if that’s something in the settings maybe? That option? Enable tracking of abandoned products & carts even if customer does not visit the checkout page or does not enter any details on the checkout page like Name or Email. Tracking will begin as soon as a visitor adds a product to their cart and visits the cart page.
