You can stop the login loop by deleting, moving, or renaming the duo-wordpress directory under the /plugins directory of your WordPress root on your WordPress hosting server. Depending on your hosting provider this may be something you can do through a shell, or through FTP, or you may need to place a support request to have it done.

Hi Duo Support,
Thank you for your response. I have 3 or 4 tickets submitted through support@duosecurity.com and no one ever responded. I also used live chat 2 or 3 times and they just referred me to support@duosecurity.com and kept on opening tickets for me.
