Dulplicate shipping radio buttons on cart

    Getting duplication of single weight based shipping on cart page after calculation. Would use CSS to hide duplicate temporarily but they have the exact same ID.

    One of the options comes from the global WBS method: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Weight Based Shipping.

    Another from a WBS method in a shipping zone: WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones -> [shipping zone] -> Weight Based Shipping.

    You can disable either one to avoid duplicate shipping options.
