• Provider to run away from if you care about your business. The integration is user-friendly, the prices are not necessarily the best, and to be honest, that’s where it ends. The big problem is that we have had parcels declared lost by their carriers for months for which we have never received any compensation, even after many reminders without any concrete action from Sendcloud … In other words, they pocket their commissions + the insurances that we pay to finally let the files drag on until they hope that the customer will give up. After a lot of money lost in the wilderness, we finally opted to stop the haemorrhage by urgently stopping with this clearly dubious service provider.
