 * Hi! My client has a problem where sometimes (several times a day) the admin menu
   will duplicate and be displayed twice, see here: [https://transfer.sh/oaYlo/unnamed.png](https://transfer.sh/oaYlo/unnamed.png)
 * She is on a PC running Windows 8, Chrome.
 * I can not reproduce the issue on my Mac, anyone knows why this happens?
