Dropping Items from Cart

    I want to thank you in advance for your assistance.

    We are about to launch a website with woocommerce and we’ve just found out that if a user is NOT logged in to the site—it doesn’t update the price on the cart plugin/widget in the top right menu.

    We have also found that the cart is not “keeping” items in the shopping cart on a consistent basis. You can add items, go to the check out, and then if change your mind and want to add more and continue to browse — it dumps the content of the cart

    Hey Nuexpression- I just tested your cart and it works. Mine is still not working. I clears out once you to go check out. What did you do to fix it?

    If you add items to the shopping cart and then browse back around the site and go back to the shopping cart it dumps it all. Do you not experience that?

    Yep you are right. It does drop the quantity. We don’t even make it to check out before it drops the quantity. Grrrrr!

    WE think it’s a session issue. Check with your provider to make sure your session path is set up right. They should be able to check and fix it.

    As in host provider?

    Yes. We are waiting to hear from our host. The clearing out is a result of the session ending. I will post what I find out.

    Let me know if you find out anything.
