 * I like the plugin so far but since the last update I am unable to tag images 
   directly when uploading them to posts.
 * The Media Category Checkboxes in the attachment details went missing.
 * If this is intentional then I really dislike the (undocumented) change. This 
   makes uploading and tagging images a tedious task.
 * I would love to spend some money for the premium version of this plugin but the
   price is set way too high for its functionality.

 * Hello Alexander,
 * To see and edit taxonomies in Media Popup set “Edit in Media Popup” checkbox 
   per taxonomy on Media Settings > Taxonomies. This option allows to show only 
   those taxonomies that you really want to see.
 * The option has been changed for active installations unintentionally because 
   of an update process bug that currently is fixed in v2.0.4.1
