Dropdown_cats bug?

My dropdown_cats code is this: <?php dropdown_cats(1, ‘All’, ‘id’, ‘asc’,0,1,1) ?>
I have 2 categories defined (with a story in each), plus the ‘all. The dropdown is only displaying the All and General categories, and leaving off the WordPress cat. It has the correct number of stories in General (1), and nothing in All.
1. Why’s it dropping my WP cat?
2. Is the All category supposed to keep count of total stories?
