 * Hi,
    It is very nice plugin, I might go Pro with it, trialing it at the moment.
   I can’t figure out how would I add dropdown filed? On the left in designer I 
   have Text, Single choice, Time and Date… I can’t anything which would vreate 
   dropdown select box, how do I do it? Thanks!

 * When you click on “add a new field” it’s the fourth option item down in the left
   column…called “Select Box”.
