Dropdown Parent and Sub-Categories?

    Hello,

    I have a LOT of categories. What I’d like to do is in a form i have on my site is to have one dropdown with the parent categories, and then have a second dropdown that displays the subcategories for that parent.

    Can anyone tell me how to do this? I’ve been looking at get_categories but not sure how to do it.
