Since the dropdown options are entered manually, you can directly type them in any language that you want to use given that you are using a specific language.
However, in the case of translation to multiple languages, the dropdown should appear in the string translation. If it does not work for you then there are chances that the site might have some issue or maybe something is missing. I have the same problem, I want to translate the options in several languages, but it doesn’t appear in the strings like the fields to translate. Here on the forum there is no explanation how to solve this!
