I want to create a dropdown login menu on an actual dedicated page that will display all of the organisations, allowing members to choose the organisation they belong to and login on their own branded page.
Let me know if the s2member plugins allow this options.

That’s backwards!
With an s2Member Pro form, the users register using that sort of dropdown menu, and then never have to bother with it again.
Instead, when they login, s2Member already will know into which category they fall, and so will then automatically make available whatever content you intend for them to see (including, if you like, their own branded page).
