Dropdown Format (Simple) is not inserting Name to Name Column fir users

    Hi,

    Thank you for developing such useful plugin.
    I have a registration form which need only Name (simple format from dropdown). when I choose this format, the name does not insert under column (name) but when I choose (first last) format, the name will be inserted. Please look at link (attached img) for more clarification.

    Note: It inserts in wpforms (entries) even with simple format.
